Tutorials

This section is comprised of technical examples that use various aleph features to perform research-ready calculations. Some examples may reproduce results from literature while others may show how common workflows are easily accessible in the platform.

All tutorials include relevant references and code ready to be run in the Workshop.

Tutorials are organized into the following categories:

  1. Getting Started — Introductory tutorials on lattices, spin models, and ground state calculations.
  2. Time Evolution — Time-evolving quantum systems with Heisenberg dynamics, Floquet theory, and Krylov methods.
  3. Numerical Methods — Computational techniques including matrix representations, DMRG, mid-spectrum methods, and stochastic trace estimation.
  4. Condensed Matter Models — Exploring specific physical systems: free fermions, the SSH model, single-electron transistors, and operator dynamics.
  5. Platform and Tooling — Using The Forge platform features: plotting, the Python SDK, and parameterized scripts with data I/O.
