pauli_rotated(const real angle, const PauliTerm Q) -> PauliSum
Rotates the PauliSum by an angle about an axis specified by a PauliTerm out of place.
Parameters
- angle: The angle to rotate by.
- Q: The PauliTerm to rotate about.
Returns
The rotated PauliSum
